I learnt to make a foldscope with the help of which I witnessed a completely new world of cells. I saw cell within onion peels, magnified images of algae and also petals of different flowers were explored scientifically. The curiosity that evoked my senses when I had heard of the foldscope workshop was well satisfied by the workshop's outcomes. I look forward to joining and exploring more through such wonderful science-oriented sessions. Thanks to the mentors and teachers for their guidance.

It was a good experience. We learnt that a mere piece of paper can expose you to a world never seen. Foldscope is a revolutionary idea that must be encouraged across educational institutions which can't suffice the efficiency of labs for their students, to make young enthusiasts more approachable to their scientific dreams. In our nature walk, we learnt to walk with nature. Sitting on round tables, we conversed and made new friends. The best thing about foldscopes is that you don't even need a stain to check the cells beneath, you just need some light and a good arrangement

It was a wonderful experience! I enjoyed and learned many things in this session. We even saw stomata and cells of flowers, leaves etc. I would love to join such more sessions.

It was an extraordinary experience to see the real cells of onion and stomata of a leaf. If such a simple paper folded device can make the boring cell diagrams interesting then it must be used in each class. I enjoyed every bit of it from making to observing.

It was really a rewarding and excellent experience learning the foldoscope. We observed a lot of things through the DIY made foldoscope i.e. onion peels, flowers, aloevera, algae water etc. It was really an amazing session for the students who love science. I loved it and enjoyed every bit of it.
